Having acted in the Coronial Inquiry into the Lindt Café Siege, Sydney, Australia I bring a wealth of knowledge to families and legal teams struggling to understand the complex dynamics of law enforcement response to hostage-taking. Specialising in hostage/crisis negotiation, I understand the correlation between command, intelligence and tactical response from law enforcement agencies to be able to critique response to incidents.

Hostage rescue is a complex and dynamic activity to save life, it does not follow a ‘Hollywood’ script. Holding authorities to account and assisting them in improving how they save life is ever more important in today’s world.
